I always thought that if humanity was going to be exterminated by a virus it would be a Zombie virus but contrary to popular my belief it apparently is going to be just flu. I know, I am disappointed too. But hey, if it makes you feel better, it’s still as deadly!!
If you are scared to death, fear not, such virus does not exist *yet*. What the hell am I talking about? Am I drunk-typing again? You wish. Let me explain: Turns out that if you get swine flu and seasonal flu, both at the same time, it mutates into a deadly super flu!! Oh, and it doesn’t even end there!  According to Doctor Peter Hotez, an infectious disease expert, this new super-strain is a lot more lethal and can spread to another continent in only 24 hours!!!!!

The alert comes as people have started to fall victim to seasonal flu and the more virulent swine flu at the same time, according to the Daily Express.

This creates the risk of a lethal mutation, leading to an ‘ominous’ super-flu virus to which humans have almost no immunity, said scientists.

Dr Peter Hotez, a world-renowned infectious disease expert, said: ‘Highly infectious strains of the virus against which humans have little defence can spread from one continent to another within 24 hours.’

He said the detection of the rare double-flu infection highlighted the need for extreme vigilance against new killer strains around the world.

The news comes as Britain’s winter flu season gets underway, amid fears the country could face one of the worst outbreaks of the disease in years.

Last year more than 600 people died from winter flu in the UK, with hospitals so overwhelmed they were forced to cancel routine ­operations.

It is hard to know at this point if this is another trick to scare you into vaccinating yourself or your children or if there is any actual danger. I’ll leave that for you to decide. In the mean time, keep the hell away from sick people, public places, etc, etc, etc…
